We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operation Theater Manager to join our team in Cuttack, Odisha, India. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the surgical facilities, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. You'll be part of a dynamic healthcare environment where your leadership will directly impact the quality of surgical procedures and patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the operation theater, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with healthcare regulations.Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff to schedule and manage surgical procedures effectively.Implement and maintain sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.Monitor and manage inventory of surgical supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support to the operation room team.Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance the surgical services offered.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Operating Room Technology or a related field.Proven experience in surgical management, with a strong emphasis on sterilization techniques.Knowledge of relevant software tools used in the surgical environment.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Preferred certifications in Operating Room Management or related fields.A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.Our team is composed of skilled professionals who work closely together to provide exceptional surgical care.
