As a Field Electrical Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining electric motor drives (EMDs), contributing directly to the success and efficiency of our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct on-site assessments and analyses of electric motor drives (EMDs) to ensure optimal performance.Design and implement electrical systems for new and existing projects, ensuring adherence to safety and industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner.Prepare detailed documentation and reports on project progress, including schematics and wiring diagrams.Assist in training and mentoring team members on electrical engineering best practices and methodologies.Maintain inventory of electrical components and equipment, coordinating necessary purchases with the procurement department.Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends related to electric motor drives and electrical engineering.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Proven experience with electric motor drives (EMDs) in a field engineering capacity.Industry-standard certifications such as PE (Professional Engineer) are preferred.Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar engineering applications.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in field environments.
