As a full-time caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing daily support and engagement to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and personal development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and committed to creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and learning. Key Responsibilities Provide care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety at all times. Assist with daily activities including meal preparation, hygiene routines, and homework help. Create and implement engaging recreational and educational activities tailored to children's interests. Communicate effectively with children and their families regarding progress, needs, and concerns. Collaborate with team members to provide a cohesive and supportive environment. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and any incidents that may occur. Foster a positive, respectful relationship with children, encouraging positive behaviors and resolving conflicts. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in childcare or a related field is preferred but not required. First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). 1-3 years of experience in a caregiving role is advantageous.
