Your contributions will have a direct impact on our overall success as you engage with potential customers and drive revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.Meet daily and monthly call targets in line with company objectives.Collect feedback from customers and relay it to relevant departments to enhance service quality.Work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to improve customer experiences.Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and performance.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales (preferred).Our team is structured to foster collaboration and innovation.
