This temporary position is based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, and offers a competitive compensation of INR 4000 per month. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality printed materials by operating specialized equipment in a fast-paced work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate punching and spiral binding machines according to job specifications and quality standards.Inspect materials before, during, and after processing to ensure accuracy and quality of work.Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment to promote efficiency.Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets while maintaining high attention to detail.Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any operational issues and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies at all times.Assist in training new staff on equipment operation and quality standards as needed.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Previous experience operating similar machinery is preferred but not mandatory.Familiarity with printing and binding processes is a plus.Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing settings.This role offers opportunities for growth within a supportive and collaborative environment where every team member plays a vital part in the success of our operations.
