This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our manufacturing capabilities while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC Laser Cutting Machines to produce components according to specifications and drawings.Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine cut paths and dimensions.Utilize measuring tools to verify measurements and ensure quality standards are met.Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of the laser cutting machines to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate closely with the production team to coordinate workflow and meet project deadlines.Adhere to safety protocols and practices to maintain a safe working environment.Document production processes and maintain accurate records of output and quality checks.Required and preferred qualificationsEducation: ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.Proven experience in CNC Laser Machine Operation.Strong ability in reading technical drawings and schematics.Proficient in handling measuring tools.Demonstrated teamwork skills and a commitment to safety awareness.Familiarity with industry-standard certifications is a plus.Prior experience of 1-3 years in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Our team is structured to promote collaboration and innovation, with a strong focus on achieving production goals while ensuring quality standards.
