The Quality Incharge will significantly impact our production processes by implementing effective quality control measures and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee quality control procedures to guarantee that products meet company and regulatory standards.Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and systems.Document and analyze quality data, providing reports to management.Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.Train and educate staff on quality control best practices and methodologies.Review and update quality control policies and procedures regularly.Assist in the integration of new quality assurance technologies and methodologies.Required and preferred qualificationsRelevant industry certifications in quality control or assurance.Proven experience in quality control, with a strong understanding of quality management systems.Familiarity with quality control software and tools.Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or related field is preferred.The Quality Incharge will be an integral part of our quality assurance team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
