We are a small company with about 25 employees, and we are needing someone who is organized, creative, and can maintain multiple tasks weekly, who will be working directly for the owner of the company. ****THE FIRST THING THAT WE WILL BE LOOKING AT IS YOUR INTRODUCTION VIDEO.  PLEASE RECORD A VIDEO OF YOURSELF AND SEND IT.  This position is entirely remote. We want to see who you are and who we might be working with.  Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns through social media platforms.Perform data entry tasks in CRM systems to manage customer database, and relationships effectively.Maintain shared folders and documents for easy access and organization of marketing materials.Create videos for customers to be posted on YouTube etc.Create and keep updated employee training videos.Prepare and process bookkeeping records to ensure accurate financial tracking. (QuickBooks experience is a plus)Generate reports on marketing performance and data analysis to support decision-making processes.Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute new marketing strategies.Respond to inquiries and provide support for ongoing marketing projects as needed.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent. Must spell correctly.Read in english, even if you dont fluently speak english.using our internal CRM software and social media management tools.Organization.Prior experience in a marketing or bookkeeping role is preferred.Familiarity with relevant software/tools for data entry and reporting.1-2 years of experience in related fields is ideal.You will report directly to the Owner of the company.Anticipated work of about 4-5 hours daily, Monday - Friday
