As a remote position employed within US, candidates will have the flexibility to work from home and contribute to impactful engineering projects that shape the future of our company.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with setting up and maintaining secure remote work environments for U.S.-based client projects.Receive, inspect, and ship hardware or equipment provided by clients as needed.Coordinate with the global engineering team to ensure remote access and tooling are properly configured.Support project setup activities and help resolve environment or access-related issues.Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding equipment handling and setup status.Maintain basic documentation related to remote setup procedures and equipment logistics.Required and Preferred QualificationsMust be a U.S. resident.Comfortable working in a remote and distributed team environment.Familiarity with basic IT setup, remote access tools, and collaboration platforms.Ability to receive, store, and ship client-provided equipment securely and reliably.Strong communication and organizational skills.Prior experience in a technical, IT support, or engineering-related role is a plus.
