As a key player in our telecommunications department, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and generating leads. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate interest in our products and services.Provide accurate and detailed information to inquiries, addressing customer needs effectively.Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.Work closely with the sales team to set appointments and follow up on leads.Continuously improve communication skills and product knowledge through ongoing training.Contribute to the development of new calling campaigns and scripts to enhance outreach efforts.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong communication skills in English and any regional language.Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple calls simultaneously.Teamwork spirit and a positive attitude.Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.The Telecaller reports directly to the Telecalling Team Lead and works within a collaborative environment with the sales and marketing teams.
