As an essential part of our operation, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of our products to customers throughout the city. We pride ourselves on our friendly and approachable service, making your role pivotal in maintaining our company’s reputation and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver water bottles to customers' locations promptly and efficiently.Manage a daily route, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time.Handle cash transactions and provide receipts to customers.Assist in loading and unloading bottles from the delivery vehicle.Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and product information.Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle.Report any delivery issues or vehicle maintenance needs to management.This role involves working closely with the delivery team to optimize routes and improve delivery efficiency. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction and the timely completion of your delivery schedule.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.Proven experience in a delivery or driving role is preferred.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.Our delivery team consists of dedicated individuals who work collaboratively to meet the needs of our customers.
