As part of a mid-sized company known for its innovative solutions, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes collaboration and professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored engineering solutions related to motors and pumps.Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.Prepare and present sales proposals, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and quality standards.Coordinate with the engineering and technical teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress within the CRM system.Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns targeting relevant customer markets.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement of our sales strategy.Required and Preferred QualificationsB.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree.Strong communication and sales skills are essential.Prior experience in a sales engineering role, particularly in the motors and pumps sector, is preferred.Proficiency in relevant software tools for presentations, CRM, and data analysis.Familiarity with industry-standard certifications is an advantage.A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in engineering sales is preferred.Our company fosters a culture of continuous improvement, offering growth opportunities through mentorship and training programs.
