As a part-time role, you will have the opportunity to create a significant impact in the community while enjoying a flexible work schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and assistance to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.Support clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and social engagement.Observe and report changes in clients' physical and emotional well-being to the healthcare team.Assist in implementing care plans and support positive outcomes for clients.Maintain accurate records of care and interactions in accordance with regulatory requirements.Engage clients in recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.Collaborate with team members and other professionals to ensure holistic care delivery.Required and Preferred QualificationsRelevant certifications in health and social care.Demonstrated compassion and empathy in client interactions.Experience working in a care environment is preferred but not mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.A valid DBS check will be required (we can also apply for it for you if you don't have it yet).This role is part of a collaborative team structure that values shared responsibility and open communication.
