Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate support to individuals in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks as required. Communicate effectively with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences. Document client progress and report any significant changes to healthcare professionals. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and physical well-being. Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Required and preferred qualifications Certificate in Health and Social Care ( mandatory training can be provided if you are new to care job). Strong compassion and patience when dealing with clients. Effective teamwork and communication skills. Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory. You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, reporting to the Care Manager, who will guide you through your professional journey.
