Regular interactions with nursing staff, specialists, and administrative teams will enhance coordinated care processes. Your success in this role will be measured by patient outcomes, patient satisfaction scores, and adherence to best practices in patient care.Required and preferred qualificationsDoctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution.Active medical license in the state of Tennessee.Board certification in Family Medicine preferred.Strong skills in patient care and communication.Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare software.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.Our clinic promotes a collaborative team structure where physicians work alongside nurses, administrative staff, and specialists to provide top-tier patient care.
