In this role, you will have a significant impact on enhancing our market presence and driving sales, ultimately shaping the future of our business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.Prepare marketing materials and presentations to promote products and services.Engage with potential clients through various channels including social media, email, and in-person meetings.Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.Track sales performance metrics and analyze data to improve sales techniques.Attend industry events and conferences to network and enhance brand visibility.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business.Proven experience in sales and marketing roles (2+ years preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.Certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team consisting of graphic designers, digital marketers, and sales specialists. Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and forge strong relationships within the team.
