In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay while fostering positive relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.Assist with the coordination of catering services, ensuring menus and service meet client expectations.Welcome guests and facilitate check-in/check-out processes efficiently and pleasantly.Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback to enhance future visits.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.Support marketing and promotional activities to boost guest engagement and attendance.Participate in team meetings to discuss operational improvements and guest satisfaction strategies.Available Positions Are:ReceptionistAssistant Manager Front Office.Concierge.Translator.Commis Chef.Guess Service Manager.Waiter.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or related fields.Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Basic proficiency in hospitality management software is a plus.Relevant certifications in hospitality or customer service will be an advantage.In our company, we believe in fostering growth and development for all employees.
