We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in the insurance industry in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding insurance products and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Maintain customer records and data in compliance with company policies. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth service delivery and issue resolution. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Actively seek feedback from customers to improve service offerings and efficiency. Monitor and report on customer trends to help enhance service delivery and meet business objectives. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance sector. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role is preferred. The ideal candidate will be part of a supportive team structure with clear lines of reporting. You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager while collaborating closely with Sales and Claims departments. Cross-functional collaboration is encouraged to enhance operational efficiency.
