We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our supportive and collaborative team in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a full-time BCBA, you will play a crucial role in delivering effective behavioral therapy and interventions to clients in need. In this fulfilling position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and their families by promoting positive behavioral changes and enhancing their quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments to develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs.Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and monitor progress.Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.Engage in ongoing data collection and analysis to drive treatment effectiveness.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust strategies as needed.Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.Required and Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.BCBA certification is required.Experience with individualized treatment plans for clients with diverse needs.Knowledge of ABA principles and practices.Proficiency in data analysis software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.In this position, you will work within a dynamic team structure that fosters collaboration and innovation.
