Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer disputes effectively. Monitor accounts regularly to identify and act on payment delinquencies. Prepare and send detailed account statements to clients as needed. Report weekly on collections performance and provide feedback for process improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with collection laws and regulations is preferred. Experience with debt collection software and tools. A minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or related roles is desired. In this role, you will collaborate closely with team members, including the finance department and customer service team, to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution. You will report directly to the Collections Manager and work as part of a cohesive team focused on achieving collective goals. Cross-functional collaboration with the sales and legal departments will be vital to your success.
