Our company, known for its dynamic growth and customer-focused approach, offers a collaborative work environment where innovation and teamwork are encouraged.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector through networking and market research.Develop and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients to articulate the value proposition of our offerings.Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.Prepare and deliver regular reports on market trends and competition analysis to inform business strategies.Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and client interactions.Stay updated on industry developments and adjust sales tactics accordingly.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector, with a strong record of achieving targets.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong networking abilities and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Preferred: Relevant industry certifications in real estate or sales.We pride ourselves on our company culture, which emphasizes professional growth and development.
