This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment where your expertise will have a significant impact on our operations and clients' experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshoot vehicle problems using specialized tools and equipment.Conduct thorough inspections on vehicles to identify wear and potential issues before they become significant problems.Execute repairs and maintenance tasks including engine, transmission, brake, and electrical system repairs.Document all services performed accurately in compliance with company and state regulations.Collaborate with fellow technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.Participate in ongoing training to maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and technological advancements.Ensure that work areas are clean and safe, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.In this role, you will work closely with other technicians and service staff to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Your success will be measured by the quality of repairs, customer feedback, and the efficiency of the service provided.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a minimum of 5 years in the field preferred.Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with automotive repair tools.ASE certifications are a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Our team is structured with a clear hierarchy where the Master Technician reports directly to the Service Manager.
