This full-time position offers a collaborative work environment where your expertise will directly impact the design and certification of our next-generation aerospace systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the systems engineering lifecycle, ensuring all aspects of systems design are integrated and align with certification requirements.Design and evaluate complex aerospace systems, facilitating the transition from concept to mature design.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project management, test engineering, and quality assurance, to meet project milestones.Conduct risk assessments and manage system performance metrics to ensure compliance with aerospace regulations.Oversee the documentation and certification processes, ensuring all designs meet industry standards.Mentor junior engineers and provide training on systems design methodologies and best practices.Participate in stakeholder meetings to communicate project status and technical challenges effectively.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in systems design, particularly within aerospace or related industries.Familiarity with industry-standard certifications for aerospace systems.Proficiency in systems engineering tools and software, such as MATLAB, Simulink, or similar applications.Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.As our Lead Systems Engineering & Certification, you will be part of a supportive and innovative company culture dedicated to excellence and growth.
