Our total compensation is expected to be over $100,000 a year for a motivated, experienced AC technician.   We are offering a minimum of $60,000 base, plus bonuses and commissions paid every two weeks.   We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot system failures to provide effective solutions in a timely manner.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to enhance system performance and extend equipment lifespan.Interact with clients to explain services and provide recommendations for system upgrades or modifications.Maintain accurate records of work performed, including details of repairs and modifications made to systems.Collaborate with team members on larger projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality standards upheld.Stay informed about advancements in HVAC technology and participate in ongoing training as needed.Required and preferred qualificationsProven experience in HVAC installation and maintenance, with at least 3-5 years in a similar role preferred.Proficiency with HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.Growth opportunities within our organization are inherent, as we are committed to nurturing talent and promoting from within.
