Your contributions will have a significant impact on the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop interior layouts, color schemes, and finishes for residential and commercial projects.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of each project.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers for effective project execution.Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure design specifications are met.Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.Manage a small team of junior designers, guiding them through design processes and project management tasks.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, materials, and best practices to provide the best solutions for clients.Required and Preferred QualificationsCertification in Interior Design is required.Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a supervisory role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus.Our team values personal growth and encourages a collaborative environment where everyone’s ideas are heard.
