Your ability to communicate effectively and solve problems will help us maintain our reputation for excellent service.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information regarding our products and services.Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and offering effective solutions.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.Assist in the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles to enhance the efficiency of the team.Provide feedback to management regarding customer insights and service improvements.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.Previous experience in customer service is preferred.Familiarity with customer service software and tools.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.A friendly and inviting personality is a must!We offer a friendly and inclusive company culture that values collaboration and professional growth.
