Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with all aspects of service. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology. Your performance will be measured by customer feedback, work quality, and efficiency in completing tasks. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration services. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., EPA Technician Certification) are preferred. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems. Experience with commercial equipment is an advantage. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
