As a full-time Landscaper, you will thrive in a collaborative work environment that values creativity and hard work.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform planting and pruning tasks to cultivate healthy and aesthetically pleasing gardens.Maintain established landscapes by trimming hedges, mowing lawns, and applying mulch.Use hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively to carry out landscaping tasks.Contribute to the design and layout of gardens based on client specifications and preferences.Assist in the cleanup and disposal of landscaping debris, ensuring job sites remain tidy.Engage with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional service.Monitor the health of plants and report any issues to the team for further action.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required.Experience in planting and pruning with a keen eye for detail.Ability to operate various landscaping tools and equipment safely.Strong physical stamina and capability to perform manual labor outdoors.Basic knowledge of horticulture is preferred.Certification in landscaping or horticulture is a plus.We offer ample opportunities for growth, including potential advancement to supervisory or specialized roles within the company.
