We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hyderabadi Biryani Chef to join our culinary team in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. As a full-time chef, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests through skillfully prepared dishes, particularly the beloved Hyderabadi Biryani. Your expertise will help enhance our reputation as a premier dining destination.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare high-quality Hyderabadi Biryani and other traditional Indian dishes according to established recipes.Ensure the timely preparation and presentation of dishes in line with restaurant standards.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus and manage inventory effectively.Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold culinary techniques and standards.Monitor and maintain quality control of food production and ingredient freshness.Assist in managing kitchen operations and fulfilling orders efficiently during busy service hours.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience as a Chef, with a strong focus on Indian cuisine, particularly Hyderabadi Biryani.Exceptional cooking skills and knowledge of traditional cooking techniques.Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality output under pressure.Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is an advantage.We are committed to fostering a positive and dynamic workplace culture.
