About the RoleWe're hiring a Licensing & Education Specialist to support the development, coordination, compliance, and quality assurance of licensing and continuing education (CE) programs across three practice areas: real estate pre-licensing and CE, NMLS/mortgage licensing and compliance, and insurance CE and producer licensing.This is a remote role for candidates based in the United States with 2+ years of experience in any one or more of these areas. Candidates with cross-disciplinary experience are strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport licensing and CE program operations across real estate, mortgage (NMLS), and/or insurance — including course setup, updates, scheduling, and documentationMaintain and track state-specific requirements, deadlines, approvals, and renewal cyclesAssist with content and curriculum maintenance to align with state regulatory requirements and internal quality standardsCoordinate with instructors, SMEs, and internal staff for course updates and instructional qualityManage licensing and registration workflows (applications, renewals, deficiencies, status tracking)Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation (course outlines, approvals, change logs, compliance records)Support learner and stakeholder workflows (policy questions, completion issues, certificate needs, credit reporting)Communicate clearly on status, blockers, and next steps with internal teamsRecommend improvements to course materials, learner experience, and internal processesRequired QualificationsMust be based in the U.S.2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:Real estate licensing education (pre-licensing, CE, school ops, curriculum, or compliance)NMLS-related licensing, registration, or mortgage complianceInsurance CE administration, producer licensing, or DOI complianceStrong understanding of licensing and/or CE requirements within your area(s) of expertiseExcellent written communication and attention to detailStrong organizational skills (tracking requirements, versions, approvals, deadlines)Proficiency with common tools (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, PDFs)Preferred (Nice to Have)Experience across more than one practice area (real estate + NMLS, insurance + real estate, etc.)Multi-state exposure and familiarity with varying state-level requirementsFamiliarity with LMS platforms (e.g., TalentLMS, Moodle, Canvas, Docebo, etc.)Experience with NIPR, Sircon, or state producer licensing portalsExperience creating or editing instructional content (slides, scripts, quizzes, outlines)Experience building SOPs, checklists, and QA controls for licensing or compliance workflowsKnowledge of compliance processes for course approvals, renewals, and periodic reportingExperience coordinating instructors for live, webinar, or self-study delivery
