This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient logistics and distribution of our products. As an Assistant Driver, you will contribute to our company's success while enjoying a stable work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist drivers with loading and unloading goods, ensuring the safe handling of products.Ensure that all deliveries are organized and correctly loaded for transport to customers.Conduct regular checks on vehicles and equipment to maintain operational safety and efficiency.Help with the preparation of delivery routes to optimize time and resource allocation.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including vehicles and loading areas.Report any issues or damages to supervisors promptly to mitigate operational disruptions.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and productivity.Required and Preferred QualificationsNo formal education requirements, but literacy and numeracy skills are beneficial.Experience in loading and logistics is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.Strong physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items.Valid driver’s license is a plus.Clover fosters a collaborative and supportive team culture focused on delivering excellence.
