As an Assistant Driver, you will play a crucial role in supporting our drivers with loading, assisting in logistical processes, and ensuring timely delivery of our products.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist drivers with the loading and unloading of goods from trucks.Ensure that all items are packed securely and ready for transportation.Support route navigation and contribute to timely deliveries.Perform basic vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance before departing.Collaborate with warehouse staff and other team members to maintain an efficient workflow.Document and report any issues related to logistics or vehicle maintenance.Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.Required and Preferred QualificationsBasic skills in loading and unloading goods.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directives.No formal education requirements, but previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.Familiarity with safety and operational guidelines for transportation.Strong physical stamina and capability to lift heavy items.Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory.1+ years of experience in a logistics or assistance role is preferred.Join a growing company that fosters teamwork and encourages a supportive work environment.
