As part of our dedicated workforce, you will contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of our logistics operations, making a real impact on our services and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring that items are handled safely and efficiently.Support drivers with vehicle maintenance and cleanliness to ensure optimal operating conditions.Help in organizing and checking inventory before and after deliveries.Follow safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.Cooperate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.Participate in regular training sessions for skill development and safety procedures.Report any discrepancies or issues encountered during loading and delivery processes.Required and Preferred QualificationsNo formal education is required, but previous experience in a loading or logistics environment is preferred.Basic knowledge of loading and safety procedures.Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Experience using basic tools for minor maintenance tasks is a plus.Clean driving record preferred but not mandatory.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.This role is part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch logistics services.
