This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our office. As the Office Manager, you will directly impact our team’s efficiency and customer satisfaction, ensuring that our daily operations run seamlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, keeping costs in line with the budget.Coordinate communication between staff, clients, and vendors to support customer service excellence.Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews, managing calendars for executive leadership.Prepare and maintain accurate records, including invoices, payments, and employee documents.Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.Monitor and evaluate office workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma required; additional education or certifications in office management or related fields is a plus.Proven experience in an office management role or similar administrative capacity.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Proficient with standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and office management tools.1-3 years of experience in an office management role preferred.Our team structure consists of dedicated professionals in various roles, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional HVAC services.
