You will engage with students, parents, and educational organizations, making a significant impact on their educational journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist prospective students in understanding the variety of programs offered at UNext, providing them guidance tailored to their educational aspirations.Conduct engaging presentations and informative sessions, effectively communicating the value of UNext’s educational offerings.Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students through effective communication and follow-up, ensuring a seamless admissions process.Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that attract potential applicants and raise awareness about UNext.Evaluate applications and provide recommendations based on established criteria, ensuring a fair admission process.Participate in recruitment events, fairs, and information sessions to promote UNext and engage directly with potential students.Track and report on admission metrics, analyzing data to improve outreach strategies and increase enrollment.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any relevant field.Proven skills in sales, communication, and effective presentation.Experience in admissions or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster relationships.At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.At UNext, we believe in fostering growth and development for our employees.
