Your contributions will not only aid our service users but also foster a positive community atmosphere.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personalized care and support to individuals in their daily living activities.Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.Monitor and document the health and well-being of service users, reporting any concerns to the appropriate professionals.Encourage and support service users in engaging with social and recreational activities.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for service users.Communicate effectively with service users and their families, building trusting relationships.Required and preferred qualificationsRelevant Care Certificate is required.Skills in compassion, empathy, communication, patience, and teamwork are essential.Experience in care-related fields is preferred but not essential.Familiarity with basic health and safety regulations in care settings.We believe in fostering a supportive team culture where every member can thrive.
