Our organization is committed to fostering growth, development, and communication skills in our diverse student population.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders.Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.Provide direct therapy services to students to improve their communication skills.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to facilitate consistent communication strategies.Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.Stay current on best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.Required and Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required.Familiarity with relevant software and tools utilized in speech therapy.1-3 years of experience in the field is preferred.Our team operates within a friendly and dynamic structure, working closely with educators, psychologists, and parents.
