We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Hayward, CA for the 2026-27 school year. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping students improve their communication skills, enhancing their ability to succeed academically and socially.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.Provide direct therapy services to students to improve their communication skills.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create an optimal learning environment.Document progress and maintain accurate records of student performance.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and update goals.Stay current with industry research and best practices to deliver high-quality services.Required and Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Valid state licensure and certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse populations.Experience working in educational settings is preferred.Proficiency in relevant software and tools for assessment and documentation.Minimum of two years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology is a plus.At our organization, we prioritize professional development and offer numerous growth opportunities for our staff.
