The role directly impacts our clients' security solutions and overall satisfaction, making it crucial for your expertise to shine as you help them protect their assets.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform lock installations, repairs, and replacements across various commercial properties.Cut keys to specifications using various hand and power tools, ensuring accuracy and quality.Diagnose and resolve issues with security systems, including electronic locks and access controls.Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing their concerns effectively.Analyze problem areas in security and provide tailored solutions to improve safety.Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used for inventory tracking.Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver comprehensive security solutions.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Proven experience in locksmithing and key cutting recommended.Proficiency in security systems and troubleshooting techniques preferred.Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.Industry-standard certifications such as CLCP (Certified Locksmith) are a plus.Familiarity with relevant locksmithing software/tools will be an advantage.Minimum of 2 years of experience in the locksmithing field is preferred.This role offers excellent growth opportunities within a supportive company culture that values integrity and innovation.
