As a Fruit Picker, you will play a crucial role in harvesting fruits, ensuring quality produce reaches consumers, and contributing to the overall success of the farm.Key ResponsibilitiesHarvest fruits by hand, ensuring quality and cleanliness standards are met.Inspect and sort fruits during the picking process to ensure only the best quality is selected.Work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment, often in varying weather conditions.Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the working area and tools used.Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal and team safety.Make decisions on fruit readiness and pick based on established criteria.Collaborate with team members to meet daily quotas and goals.Required and Preferred QualificationsPhysical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.No formal education is required; however, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.Prior experience in agricultural work is a plus but not necessary.Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.Strong attention to detail when sorting and inspecting fruits.We offer a welcoming team environment where every member is valued.
