opportunities that drive meaningful change.About the RoleAs the Aboriginal Engagement Manager, you will be a key representative of Yarning Crescent within Aboriginal communities and across our stakeholder and referral networks.You will play a critical role in building relationships, strengthening partnerships, identifying opportunities, increasing referrals, and ensuring Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people can access culturally safe services and supports.You will work closely with:Support CoordinatorsLocal Area Coordinators (LACs)NDIS ProvidersAboriginal Medical ServicesHospitals and Health NetworksGovernment AgenciesCommunity OrganisationsSchools and Education ProvidersHousing ProvidersJustice ServicesAboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs)Elders and Community LeadersKey ResponsibilitiesCommunity & Stakeholder EngagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and stakeholdersRepresent Yarning Crescent at community events, forums, expos, and networking opportunitiesStrengthen engagement with Aboriginal communities and community leadersPromote culturally safe and inclusive service deliveryBuild long-term partnerships that create positive community outcomesBusiness Development & PartnershipsIdentify opportunities for new referrals and service growthEstablish and maintain referral pathways across multiple sectorsSupport strategic partnership developmentAssist with community engagement initiatives and collaborative projectsContribute to organisational growth and sustainabilityAdvocacy & stakeholders and service providersProfessional presentation and networking capabilityWorking With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Highly RegardedExperience within NDIS, disability, health, justice, employment, or community servicesExisting relationships across Aboriginal communities and service networksBusiness development or
