As a part of a respected educational institution, you will contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment, where your expertise will help foster student development and success.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings.Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices.Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and progress.Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech language pathology.Required and preferred qualificationsMaster's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students and their families.Experience in an educational setting is preferred.Familiarity with relevant software and tools for assessment and therapy.Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Speech Language Pathologist is desirable.The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team structure, working closely with educators, special education staff, and parents to enhance student learning outcomes.
