This opportunity is designed for professionals who wish to develop practical experience in sales leadership, business development, revenue operations, and commercial management within a structured frameworkRole Summary The Independent Sales Growth Partner is responsible for establishing, managing, and developing outsourced telesales operations operating under the Insightechs Int commercial frameworkThe role combines team leadership, recruitment, performance management, and business development activities, providing exposure to key commercial disciplines while supporting organisational growth objectivesThis opportunity is structured as an independent commercial arrangement and does not constitute employmentKey Responsibilities• Recruit, onboard, and support freelance telesales representatives.• Build and manage small telesales representative teams.• Oversee outbound lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.• Monitor productivity, conversion performance, and agreed operational KPIs.• Maintain CRM compliance, reporting accuracy, and workflow standards.• Coordinate team development, succession planning, and performance improvement activities.• Ensure continuity of operations through effective resource planning.• Support revenue growth through effective team leadership and commercial execution.• Participate in the expansion and development of additional teams where appropriateCandidate Requirements Essential:• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Commercial awareness and a results-oriented approach.• Effective organisational and time management capabilities.• Professionalism, accountability, and self-motivation.• The ability to lead, influence, and manage performance.• A proactive and solution-focused mindset.Desirable:• Experience in sales, telesales, recruitment, business development, or customer acquisition.• Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting systems.• Experience coordinating individuals, teams, or performance-based activities.• An interest in commercial operations and business growth. Full onboarding and operational support will be providedCommercial Structure Monthly Administration Earnings• 5% of net team revenue.• Minimum monthly earnings floor of £1,500 per team.• Minimum annual earnings floor of £18,000 per team. Quarterly Performance Earnings• Up to £1,000 per quarter per team.• Up to £4,000 annually per team.
