We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager specializing in Pay-Per-Call to join our dynamic team. You will be part of a fast-paced industry where your contributions will make a significant impact on our marketing strategies and client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth through Pay-Per-Call initiatives.Identify and engage with potential partners and clients to expand our network and service offerings.Perform market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends and competitors in the Pay-Per-Call marketplace.Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and objectives.Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.Track performance metrics and report on key indicators to ensure success and identify areas for improvement.Participate in industry conferences and networking events to represent the company and foster relationships.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.Proven track record of successful sales performance and achieving revenue targets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Familiarity with Pay-Per-Call business models and related technologies.Relevant industry certifications are a plus.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Join a team that values innovation and collaboration.
