Bike compalsary.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by customers.Perform repairs on laptops, including hardware replacement and software reinstallation.Install and configure new hardware and software as needed for customers.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Document repair processes and customer interactions for future reference and quality improvement.Assist in managing inventory of parts and equipment necessary for repairs.Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share knowledge about common issues and solutions.Required and Preferred QualificationsCertification in Hardware Engineering is required.Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing laptop hardware and software.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Proficiency in hardware installation, software installation, and systems configuration.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.1+ years of relevant experience preferred, with a strong understanding of laptop systems and components.This role is part of a collaborative team structure, where you will report to the Technical Support Manager and work closely with other engineers and customer service representatives.
