We are seeking a dedicated Picker + Packer to join our team in Dhulagari, West Bengal, India. This full-time position is essential to our operations, ensuring that products are accurately selected and packed for shipment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring that our operations run smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and pack products according to orders to ensure correct shipment.Inspect products for quality and completeness, addressing any discrepancies.Label packages appropriately for delivery and maintain accurate records of inventory.Organize and maintain the packing and storage areas to optimize workflow.Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.Assist with restocking shelves and managing inventory levels.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Secondary Education is required).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products.Prior experience in a warehouse or packing role is a plus, but not required.Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment and tools.Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.Basic math skills for inventory management.Professional certifications related to warehouse operations are an advantage.Our Picker + Packer will work within a collaborative team environment, reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
