As an Architectural Designer, your contributions will directly impact our projects and the communities we serve, allowing you to utilize your skills and imagination in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural drawings, models, and specifications for various projects.Utilize AutoCAD and Revit software to create detailed design documentation.Create 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients throughout the design process.Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and ensure accuracy in designs.Assist in preparing project proposals and presentations for stakeholders.Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and codes to ensure compliance and innovation in designs.Required and preferred qualificationsAssociate’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or Civil Engineering.Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM Modeling, and Revit.Strong skills in 3D Visualization techniques.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Familiarity with building codes and construction processes is preferred.This position is part of a collaborative team structure, consisting of architects, engineers, and project managers working together to complete projects efficiently.
