We are seeking an Experienced Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team in Wales, England. This full-time position offers an opportunity to thrive in a professional and inviting work environment where you can make a significant impact on the overall patient care journey.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide chairside assistance during dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and optimal patient comfort.Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control protocols.Monitor and manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Deliver top-notch patient care by addressing inquiries and providing support pre- and post-treatment.Assist with the administration of dental treatments and procedures as directed by the dentist.Collaborate with team members to enhance patient satisfaction and improve service delivery.Participate in ongoing training and development programs to sharpen your skills and stay updated on industry standards.Required and Preferred QualificationsDiploma in Dental Nursing is required.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.Relevant certifications (e.g., GDC registration) are preferred but not mandatory.Experience working in a dental practice for at least 2 years is desirable.Our team consists of skilled dental professionals who support one another in providing exceptional care.
