You will play an essential role in enhancing the beauty and functionality of properties, making a significant impact on the lives of those around you.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular gardening tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, and watering to maintain healthy and attractive outdoor spaces.Provide caretaking services, ensuring the overall upkeep of the properties.Walk and care for dogs, ensuring their well-being and happiness during outdoor activities.Execute handyman tasks, including minor repairs and maintenance work around the properties.Conduct painting jobs as needed to refresh or restore the appearance of buildings and outdoor structures.Collaborate with team members to assess needs and prioritize tasks efficiently.Monitor and report on the condition of the properties and identify any larger maintenance issues.Required and Preferred QualificationsSkills in gardening, caretaking, dog walking, and handyman services.Experience with painting and basic repairs is preferred.A flexible and adaptable attitude, ready to take on varied tasks.Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.No formal education requirements; practical experience is valued.This role offers growth opportunities within the company, allowing for advancement in responsibilities and pay as you gain experience.
