We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Caretaker for Short-Term Rental in Cambridge, Ontario. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic work environment, ensuring that each property is clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests, ultimately creating a welcoming experience that enhances our reputation and drives customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold property standards.Conduct inspections before and after guest stays to identify and address any issues.Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance tools.Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns to ensure a positive experience.Coordinate with vendors and contractors for any necessary repairs or improvements.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and property condition.Assist in the development of standard operating procedures for property care.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience.Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or property management setting.Effective problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns and maintenance issues.Familiarity with basic cleaning and maintenance tools.2+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.As a Property Caretaker, you will have the opportunity to grow your career within a thriving company that values your contributions.
